Project: Visualizing Data and Models Portfolio (Ongoing)
This digital portfolio is a curated space developed for my Data 304 course at Calvin University. It serves as a "living gallery" of my growth in data communication, focusing on how to design static and interactive visualizations that are as aesthetically pleasing as they are statistically accurate.

The Objective
The challenge of this course is to move beyond simple charts and master the principles of information design. The goal is to ensure that complex data and models are not just "seen," but truly understood by diverse audiences through effective storytelling.
The Toolkit
Leveraging Quarto and GitHub Pages to manage a full-cycle data visualization workflow:
- Data Wrangling: Preparing and cleaning raw datasets for visualization software to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Insight Discovery: Crafting interactive models that reveal hidden patterns, leveraging both computational and statistical details.
- Ethical Reflection: Discussing the social and ethical implications of data collection and analysis, ensuring a responsible approach to data-driven storytelling.
The Results (In Progress)
- Technical Versatility: It proves my proficiency in combining high-level statistical modeling with modern web development tools like Quarto.
- Bridge to Business: It demonstrates my ability to translate technical statistical details into clear business insights for any audience.
