Exploring the intersection of analog craftsmanship and digital storytelling through illustration and design.
Visual Storytelling
I find a unique kind of joy in the process of creating—whether I’m working with oil on canvas or pixels on a screen. For me, art is a way to bridge the gap between imagination and reality, bringing a little more 'character' to the world through visual storytelling.
From taking Advanced Art and participating in our high school Art Club to spending my gap semester in Korea immersed in Oil Painting, I’ve built a foundation based on patience, observation, and the joy of creating something from nothing.
Art is also a way to care for the people I love.
One of my favorite personal projects was hand-crafting a collection of bunny doll outfits for my younger cousins. Seeing their faces light up while playing 'dress-up' taught me the true value of crafting—it’s not just about the object, but the memories it creates.
I also designed a Life Journey Symbol Timeline for my grandmother’s seminar. I hand-drew every symbol to represent the milestones and seasons of her life, turning a complex history into a visual narrative that was both easy to follow and deeply personal.
